Kiqplan Healthy Baby Bump plan giveaway.

Throughout this pregnancy I have tried to keep fit and healthy. Having PCOS which caused us difficulty in conceiving I make a conscious effort to be as fit and healthy as possible, doing my best to lose weight in an effort to improve my fertility.

When we were fortunate enough to conceive Jelly Bean I was adamant that I would maintain my fit and healthy mind frame and do my best to keep in good physical shape throughout the pregnancy. I wanted to keep fit during pregnancy to keep myself and Jelly Bean healthy, as well as improve my chance of hopefully not developing gestational diabetes or at least controlling it without medication if I did develop it.

Whilst I only learnt about it during the later stages of my pregnancy, making it unsuitable for myself this time round, if you are pregnant and want to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy there is a clever digital app that can help you have a Healthy Baby Bump.

Kiqplan is an exciting new fitness app from Fitbug that works as a digital coach. Made with the help of renowned personal trainers, nutritionists, dieticians and qualified fitness experts Kiqplan is a personalised fitness app that works in tandem with most smart phones and leading fitness trackers including Fitbug, Nike+, iHealth, Jawbone, Misfit, Fitbit and more.

The benefit of Kiqplan is that it is like having a personal trainer with you all the time as it uses real data received from the wearable trackers to personalise your training programme so that you get the best out of the plan for you. Kiqplan various fitness plans include nutritional advice, healthy recipes, ‘how-to’ workout videos’, sleep targets, top tips from experts as well as achievements and progress reports.

Kiqplan offers 8 different fitness plans, including Healthy Baby Bump, to help you change the way you look and feel in just 12 weeks.

Whilst I may have left it too late to try the Kiqplan Healthy Baby Bump plan (I will definitely be trying Goodbye Baby Bump after Jelly Bean arrives), Kiqplan are offering my readers the chance to win a Kiqplan Healthy Baby Bump plan worth £19.99.
