As I like to be frugal when I can and take advantage of offers and discounts since becoming a mum I always keep my eye out for the Asda Baby and Toddler event. During the last few years since I was pregnant with Bug I have managed to get some great deals during these events where Asda have baby and toddler products on offer at great prices. Even though now that Bug is older and we have less of a need for the products on offer during the Baby and Toddler event I always like to have gander and see what is on offer to pick up some items as gifts for pregnant friends.
There is
still plenty of time to take advantage of the offers available during the Asda
Baby and Toddler event as the event does not end until the 12th of
May. During the event they have a vast
range of products available covering a wide range of categories, with well-known
brands and Asda products available at great prices.
The range
of travel related products available during the event includes travel cots, car
seats, pushchairs and strollers. Parents-to-be and parents can get big,
essential baby and toddler items at a saving during this event. As I have a big love-affair from a distance
with Cosatto products I love that there is 10% off Cosatto during this
event……if only I had another little baba and Bug would use a pushchair instead
of insisting on walking everywhere then I would definitely get one of their
You2 pushchairs.
Included
in the feeding range of offers there are deals on bottles and sterilisers,
highchairs, milk and weaning products.
There are lots of great high chairs available during the event including
brands such as O’Baby, Cosatto, Hauck and Graco. I love the Tiny Tatty Teddy Nanofold Highchair
in Grey which thanks to a 10% off Disney and character line promotion is on
offer with a saving of £20, previously priced for £99.97 but now £79.97.
There are lots of weaning essentials available on
offer during the event. As well as
discounted prices there is a 2 for £6 promotion available on selected weaning
products.
Even
though as we are past the weaning stage with Bug I am impressed with brilliant
offer on the Tommee Tippee Explora Baby Food Blender which is available for
£10.00.
There are
some fantastic deals on offer on bottles and sterilisers with brands such as
Tommee Tippee and Philips AVENT available.
With a whopping saving of £35 the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature
Complete Starter Set is a great deal with it now priced at £64.99 and the
Philips AVENT New Born Starter Set has a great saving of £13, with the set now
priced at £12.00.
I am very
intrigued by the Koo-Di Fridge to Go Maxi priced at £14.45 which using patented
technology works like a fridge, keeping food and drink safe for up to 8 hours.
During the
event there are some great offers available on safety items including stair
gates, safety playpen, thermometers, safety kits and baby monitors. The Tommee Tippee Closer To Nature Digital
Thermometer on offer at £20.00 instead of £30.00 is a great saving and if we
did not already have a similar digital thermometer I would defiantly take
advantage of this offer.
During the
event there are bath related products and toiletries, baby baths and bath seats
on offer as well as bath toys for splishy splashy fun for little ones as they
have a bath.
There are
lots of offers available on changing related products including changing
accessories, wipes, nappies and potty training products. I love that there are changing accessories on
offer; I especially like the lovely Wallaboo changing bags for £42 which are
available in 4 gorgeous colours – Chocolate, Pink, Blue and Grey.
Even
though as we use cloth nappies and washable wipes the offers are not relevant
to us, I do think for parents’ who use disposable nappies and wipes the offers
available on these products are not to be missed. Asda’s own brand Little Angels Comfort Dry nappies
and Action Fit Ultra Dry nappies are on offer during the event at 2 for £10 (normally
£5.97 each).
As I am
starting to think about potty training Bug I am taking a good look at the potty
training products on offer and I am considering getting one of the Disney
Winnie the Pooh potty for £3.50 as a spare potty so that I can keep the one we
already have in the sitting room at all times.
Available
during the event there are many offers on toys including soft toys, bath toys,
electronic learning, role play toys, activities, games, walkers, bouncers, swing seats and
gyms. As Bug is crazy about cars I am
tempted by the Vtech Toot-Toot Drivers Garage for £37.97.
There are
some lovely items on offer perfect for the nursery including bedding, cots and
mattresses, nursery accessories and nursery furniture.
I love
George’s range of clothing for little ones.
I love the style and think Bug looks uber cute in his George clobber but
most of all the quality is great, the clothes wash well and withstand Bug’s boisterous
play…..all at an excellent, affordable price.
During the event there is a vast range of George clothing for little ones including bodysuits,
sleepsuits and pyjamas. There are some
sensational offers on George clothing during the event, with a huge range of
clothes on offer for £5 or less. I love
the majorly cute summer clothes….perfectly cute summer style for little ones.
This is
only a few of the hundreds of offers available across a huge range of travel,
safety, toys, feeding, bathing, nursery and clothing products offered during
the Asda baby and toddler event.
Pop along
to your nearest Asda store or take a look on the Asda website to take advantage
of the deals and discounts on offer during the event which does not end until
the 12 th of May. Get saving money and
pick up some great products at brilliant prices during the Asda baby and
toddler event.
