One of the reasons that you may feel like crap the morning after a bender is because of a buildup of toxins in your body. Although your body has a natural detoxification system, there are things you can do to speed the process along. Curing a Holiday Hangover

The smartest thing is to avoid a hangover all together. Although pacing yourself is good advice, it is easier said than done. However, if you drink water along with the alcohol, this helps prevent hangovers. Also avoid drinking dark-colored alcoholic beverages, as they contain ingredients that can make hangovers worse.
