GIFTED
Valentine’s Day can be a day that sparks a special effort to spend quality time with loved ones.
Whilst we believe that love is more than just one day and that showing we care for each other is done by gestures and moments throughout our daily lives, Valentine’s Day is a day that we celebrate love.
As we celebrate love and express affection on Valentine’s Day, we try to spend some quality time together to treasure each other.
Our Valentine’s Day date style consists of clothes that we feel comfortable in and make us feel good, that are perfectly suited for a stroll in the wonderful great outdoors and a casual but quality meal together. Stylish, smart yet casual and comfortable. For our Valentine’s Day date we love the following gorgeous clothes from Cotton Traders.
For our walk along the stunning Pembrokeshire coastal path or stroll through a wondrous wood, here are our favourite outfits.
I love the cute, comfortable and casual cotton twill dungarees in navy. The playful dungarees have a classic dungaree styling with on-trend leg shape and a tie to the waist to give a flattering shape. I also love the fact that they have pockets because who doesn’t love a pocket! I think the dungarees look cute with the lovely polly stripe jersey top in bluebell that has a flattering round neckline and ¾ length sleeves. Perfect for my style, it is comfortable yet stylish and I love that it is super soft thanks to the pure cotton jersey fabric.
I’d wear the dungarees and cute striped top with a perfect pair of simple white trainers. Endlessly versatile and effortlessly stylish the white lace-up trainers with lovely details such as the gold-coloured metal eyelets, are the ideal finishing touch to a lovely outfit that is my kind of style. For added comfort and a touch of warmth for a walk in Pembrokeshire in February, I adore the lovely Horizon button-through stripe cardigan in vintage pink. The soft knit cardigan has long raglan sleeves, a smart shape, flattening v-neckline and all-over stripes with solid trims in a beautiful vintage pink colourway.
My loved one likes a smart but casual style. He has this lovely half zip brushed rib panelled top in grey marl picked out for our outdoor adventure. He likes the irresistibly soft brushed fabric with a laid-back ribbed texture. Right up his style street is the casual styling of colour block panels, a contrast coloured tipping to the inner back neck and Goose-branded faux leather zip puller.
He likes comfortable yet stylish jeans and the stretch cord jeans in slate blue are ideal. They boast a cotton-rich 14-wale cord with added stretch for comfort and lasting quality. He likes the fact that they have a classic style with a button-fastening waist, zip fly and belt loops. Their 5 pocket western styling includes two curved front pockets, a ticket pocket and twin back patch pockets, all with gunmetal branded and embossed rivets for that timeless jeans look.
For the February Welsh weather, he loves the fleece lined waterproof jacket in khaki. So that his style is not dampened by the cold wind and unpredictable clouds of Wales, the jacket is fully waterproof, windproof and breathable. The stand collar has a cosy fleece lining whilst a dyed-to-match fleece lining to the body and lightweight wadding to the sleeves add an extra layer of warmth.
For a lovely evening meal in a pub we wear smart but casual clothes that make us feel good - confident and comfortable.
My love will be dining with me in a dapper but relaxed outfit that he feels great in. He loves the sophisticated soft touch stretch jeans in wheat. The straight leg shape and delicate wheat colourway offers an elegant look. The jeans are sumptuously soft and have a cotton-rich fabric with added stretch for comfort.
Paired with the jeans is his favourite jumper, the cotton crew neck jumper in ocean. His favourite thing about this jumper is the stunning ocean blue colour. In soft and strong pure cotton for easy comfort and lasting quality, I foresee sitting across from in for many dates with my beloved.
I adore the to-the-max shirred jersey maxi dress. This stunning dress has a pretty floral print that I love. The soft, stretchy and flattering jersey fabric offers the comfort and style that I want. I also like the maxi length, long sleeves, v-neck styling and shirred detail to the bust and cuffs so it fits perfectly and suits my style and body shape.
For the perfect floral fantasy I love the floral lace up boots. There are floral black boots or floral pink boots and I love, love, love them both so much it is going to be a nightmare choosing between the two. Finishing off my dream dress perfectly, the boots have a gorgeous floral printed design to the upper with a luxe, shimmer finish. Satisfying my love of classic chunky boots and feminine, floral designs, the boots are a dream come true.
