ReplyDeleteA traditional and eco-friendly cleaning method I always use is using baking soda. It's a brilliant cleaning aid with so many uses! Mixing it with a little water is a brilliant way to clean grease from your cooker top, it's also fantastic for removing stains on the carpet, and I even sprinkle a little on the carpets before hoovering, as it really freshens them up!

Warm water, with some lemon juice added. As the lemon juice works on the grease whilst leaving a nice fresh smell. Can be used on worktops etc.

ReplyDeleteMy green cleaning tip is to use vinegar soaked onto a cotton wool pad to soak off limescale on the edge of taps, attach the soaked pad with an elastic band and leave for a day. When you take it off the limescale should have dissolved and you can remove easily.
