We have a lovely Clarins Beauty Clinic in our local Newcastle John Lewis store and I go for a back, neck, shoulder and facial massage every month. Seriously - I always come out feeling so relaxed, de-stressed and fresh - it is one of the few treats I get so I make sure I don't miss out!

'm especially partial to the Sanctuary Spa ranges at Boots as they feel and smell lovely.
