Asda's Disney Easter event goodies.

To help keep kids entertained this Easter and help parents save some money in the process Asda are offering discounts on a huge range of Disney toys and products with the Asda Disney Easter Kid’s Event.

Since the 31st of March Asda’s Disney Easter Kid’s Event has been running in-store and online with fab deals and discounts on Disney products including toys, dining, books and DVD’S.

With deals on favourite Disney characters, including Mickey Mouse and Friends, Spiderman, Doc McStuffins, Sofia the First, Disney Princesses, Planes and Jake and the Neverland Pirates, there is something for everyone with plenty of products that will delight Disney fans.

Asda has some great Disney toys on offer for Easter; with fab discounts on Spiderman and Star Wars action figures, price-cuts on Sofia the First products and reductions on Disney soft toys including Mickey Mouse and Friends Flopsies, Doc McStuffins and Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

To help us celebrate the Asda Disney Event this Easter, Asda sent Bug a few of the Disney treats on offer during the event.

Now that Bug is beginning to appreciate other action figure heroes other than his beloved Batman, Bug was delighted to have a Marvel Spiderman action figure to play with.  The pose-able spidey figure has been much loved by Bug who has been entertained for hours with his little Spiderman, playing with him and using him to help save his other toys like a true superhero.  At a bargain price of £5 reduced from £9.97 I am sure the Spiderman action figure will be very popular especially with the upcoming “The Amazing Spiderman 2” movie coming out soon, so pop over to the Asda website or visit a store to snap up a bargain perfect for Spiderman fans. 

The Mickey Mouse and Friends Flopsies are super soft and very adorable.   The Flopsies are suitable from 0+months and are lovely soft toys for fans of Mickey Mouse and his Friends.  With the Flopsies being suitable from a young age these Disney soft toys would make lovely Easter gifts for little ones not quite old enough for Easter eggs as well as being great gifts as an alternative to chocolate treats this Easter.

Bug was over the moon to have two new best friends, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, even insisting on taking Mickey Mouse to the shops with us on his first day in his new house.

The Disney Planes themed bottle is perfect for Planes fans with Dusty emblazoned on the bottle.  With a drinking straw that be closed in the lid thanks to the top that slides closed the bottle is very handy for drinking on the go and will be perfect for keeping little ones hydrated during the summer months.  

Bug loves his new Planes bottle, demanding to drink out of it as soon as he saw it.  The only downside to the bottle for me is that it is not leak proof but at a bargain £2 the bottle will be much loved and with one of his favourite characters on it keeping his drink safe I love knowing that Bug will be drinking plenty of water as he wants to keep using his fun bottle again and again.

Being a huge fan of the hit film Planes, Bug was overjoyed with his new Planes book “Disney Planes Stuck on Stories”.  The book is a beautiful hardback book and the suction characters are the perfect size for little hands and sparks children’s imaginations as they interact with the characters and story.

Bug loves the interactive nature of the Stuck on Stories book, using the 10 Disney suction cups with characters from the film to create 3D stories and adventures, creating scenes with the characters and answering the fun questions within the book such as which character goes where.  

As Bug loves this book so much and is a huge fan of Disney’s Cars I am tempted to get him a “Disney’s Cars Stuck on Stories” book.  Not only am I tempted by the Cars Stuck on Stories book but I am also enticed by the other offers on books for my little Bookworm Bug.

As well as the books I am also very tempted by the Doc McStuffins soft toys as Bug is a huge fan of the show and is a lover of soft toys so I know he would love, love, love the adorable Doc McStuffins and Friends soft toys.  I only wish that I had an Asda store nearer to me as they do not have these particular soft toys on the website at the moment but there are lots of other Doc McStuffins goodies that are very tempting.
