#GIFTED
This
summer we are going on a little staycation. After visiting family in
Leeds we will be holidaying for a few days at Blackpool. The kids are
very excited about going to Blackpool and have been looking at the
Visit Blackpool website for ideas of attractions they want to.
As
the boys love pirates especially H as he has just been learning all
about pirates and the sea at school, once they saw the iconic pirate
themed logo of Coral Island they declared we HAVE to visit there when
holidaying in Blackpool.
The
kids have already had a GOOD old look at the Coral Island website to
see what attractions and amusements they can enjoy when we visit. H
is very excited that they have a number or ride on kids rides and
loves the look of the pirate ships and Circus ride. T is hyped up
about the fact that Coral Island boasts Virtual Reality arcade rides,
which in his opinion is “super awesome”. They also both want to
go on the Ghost Train and Pirate Flyer whilst I can't wait to give
the Camel Derby a try.
Being
a family on a tight budget especially now that we are expecting our
third child, I am pleased that Coral Island is Blackpool's largest
indoor free admission family attraction and that we can keep a close
eye on our budget as we pay as we play the arcade games and rides.
To
help make our money go further on our staycation, I am also glad that
Coral Island have an amazing promotional offer of Kids Eat Free.
The
handy for families offer of Kids Eat Free is available all day, every
day at all of the Coral Island restaurants -
* The
Buccaneer Family Bar & Restaurant serving generous portions of
family favourites and a Three Meat Sunday carvery
every Sunday
* Captain
Jack's Bar & Grill, famous across the seven seas for their Double
Dipped Wide Ribs and Stacker Burgers
* Peggy's
Family Snack Bar serving daily specials and a full counter service.
They open for Breakfast serving full English, where you can set a
whole family of four up for the day for less than £10 thanks to the
Kids Eat Free promo

Fish Trading Company offers sit in fish and chips at takeaway prices
As
I am a sucker for a competition, when we visit Coral Island this
summer I will be sure to put my name in the hat for a chance to win
their amazing Win a Mini competition. If you fancy driving a brand
new Mini along the Blackpool promenade head to Coral Island and find
the Mini Cooper located out of the Prize Bingo where you can complete
a competition entry form. The lucky winner will be announced Steve &
Janine on Rock FM Breakfast Show on the 23rd of August.
Coral
Island's generosity does not end there. To celebrate their Win a Mini
campaign this summer they have weekly bonus prizes of Mini Cooper
kids ride on cars, Mini Cooper remote control cars and Coral Island
t-shirts to give away. For a chance to win simply enter your details
into the form on the Coral Island website to be entered into the
prize draw.
We
cannot wait to visit Coral Island in August and will be sharing about
our adventures and experiences of Coral Island on here.
*We
have been gifted a Coral Island VIP pass and complementary family
meal in return for a review which will be posted in August after we
visit. This is a pre-visit post to share information about Coral
Island as we plan our visit and look at what Coral Island has to
offer to families *
It's always great when you find a place that's family friendly and affordable. My oldest loved pirates when he was younger, he would have enjoyed it there too.

ReplyDeleteCoral Island sounds amazing, I have heard such great things about it. Mainly how amazing for families it is. I bet you all had an amazing time! Going on holiday when you're on a budget is sometimes so hard but places like this really inject so much fun for the whole family without putting anyone in a stressful situation.
