Where has the Christmas spirit gone??
Even though I am excited about Tristan’s first Christmas I am not feeling very Christmasy at all. This year doesn’t feel like Christmas….I haven’t noticed many houses with decorations and lights especially compared to last year and the shops don’t shout ‘Christmas’ to me. There seems to be a lack of Christmas sparkle, decorations and lights. Is it just me or is the Christmas spirit not so strong this year??
I can understand why there are less decorations and lights adorning houses with money being tight with everyone and people not being able to afford to shop and buy so much. I am sure many people have to do Christmas on a very tight budget. I can sympathise, money is very tight for us and Tristan is the only one we are treating and even then we aren’t spoiling him unnecessarily just because it’s Christmas. We are just going to enjoy quality time with family rather than gift giving and receiving. Isn’t that what Christmas should be about anyway??

Dear Santa,
Dear Santa,
Pretty please could you help me get some lovely gifts for my loved ones. I do believe it is the thought that counts but I would also love to get them some gorgeous things that I know they would love….if only I had the money.

Big Game Hunters Hexagonal Wooden Sandpit Review
We were recently contacted by Big Game Hunters who offered their Hexagonal Wooden Sandpit for us to review. I have fond memories of playing in a sand pit when I was younger and I look forward to Tristan playing in one, having fun in the sand bringing the fun of the beach home to the garden; so I was delighted at the opportunity to review the Big Game Hunters Hexagonal Wooden Sandpit.

Bulldog's Natural Skincare Products
Now the following review is not a pregnancy, baby or mummy product but a review perfect for daddies and the other men in our lives. When I told Lee that Bulldog offered to send some of their skincare products for him to test he was looking forward to getting sent some products sent to him to test for a change.

Welsh Words - Coffi
I have been distracted of late with Tristan and his dreaded teething and other posts that I have neglected to use Welsh words as the inspiration to post about the theme of the word in question.
Before I met Lee he did know a few words in Welsh that he learnt from a friend. One of the words he already knew is not that dissimilar to the English word –
Coffi
Bum Deal Nappies Bamboo Charcoal Cloth Nappy Review
As a cloth nappy user I love to try new nappies and add to my fluff collection, so when the lovely Ella from Bum Deal Nappies offered us the opportunity to review one of her new nappies I jumped at the chance. I already have and use two minky Bum Deal nappies that have Velcro which I get on well with, Lee loves the giraffe print we have and he calls Tristan ‘Bam Bam’ when he is wearing it; so I was looking forward to seeing how this new nappy would compare.
